From an order value of 50.00 EUR we grant free shipping within Germany - shipping costs within Germany for an order value below 50.00 EUR = 5.95 EUR per shipment.
During your purchase you will be shown an estimated delivery period. Please note that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee for your order. The delivery period is automatically calculated based on the total time it takes to complete your order and production and send your shipment to your delivery address.
The estimated delivery time is based on the delivery to the main cities. Please take into account that additional time is needed for delivery to remote areas. RØG ONE is not responsible for late deliveries to remote areas or regions where postal services only operate on specific schedules or addresses outside the mainland.
Delivery time is calculated from the day payment is received. RØG ONE will not accept responsibility or refund shipping charges due to such a delay.
Your order will be delivered by DHL. The delivery time may vary depending on your address. You will receive a notification when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. All our packages are insured during transport. Please make sure that you are available to receive your package at the time of delivery. RØG ONE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, RØG ONE reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of redelivery.
If you did not receive a tracking number, please also check your spam/junk folder. If you do not know your tracking number or the delivery status has not changed for several days on the carrier's website, please contact our customer support team so they can look into the matter for you. In case of problems, RØG ONE will contact the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little hassle as possible.
Please check your package before accepting the delivery. Refuse to receive the package and file a claim with the carrier immediately if your package has been damaged in transit.
Deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses. For orders that need to be shipped to a different destination than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card company or Paypal has this different shipping address on file so that the processing of your order is not delayed.
For your security, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after you place your order. If you are not available at the specified delivery time at the specified address, please contact the shipping provider first to check the possibility to pick up the delivery and reschedule it to another date.
